At Karasu Japanese Knives, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our blades and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your knife does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully clean the blade and place it back in its original wooden box or protective sleeve, ensuring the tip is secured to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a tracked service for high-value blades.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master blacksmiths inspect the returned item for any signs of use or damage, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
